In the beginning there was a successful Volvo dealership, a championship motorsports team and an ambitious vision – to develop and successfully market the world's most desirable tuning program based on the fundamental qualities of Volvo automobiles. Today, thanks to the most advanced products in outstanding quality and excellent service, we are the number one contact for Volvo enhancements – globally.</P> <P>It all began in 1989 with the grand opening of the Hedtke Volvo dealership in Weiterstadt, Germany. Day-to-day contact with customers at the premises of this dealership is still our best source of ideas that reflect even the most individual wish. Then in 1995 we made our debut on the motorsports scene by participating in a 24-hour race on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. We were the ones who successfully debuted with the unforgettable Volvo 850 T5 estate car at the most demanding auto race in the world.</P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> <P>Thanks to this commitment, the first three products found their way from the race track to the street. </P> <P>Since then "green hell" has become our second home and the test lab our development department. We know what we are talking about. For almost four decades we have been working for and with the Volvo brand. We identify with Volvo value characteristics for safety, environment, quality, design and fascination. Alongside this, dealings with our customers about these complex and highly technical matters have led to close ties and relationships based on a high degree of trust.</P> <P>HEICO SPORTIV is certified by the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA, German Federal Motoring Office) for the quality assurance system as specified by DIN ISO 9001:2008 and by the environment assurance system as specified by DIN ISO 14001:2004. All products are TÜV (Technical Inspection Agency) tested and all are delivered with an appraisal compliant with §19 StVZO, ABE, an EU appraisal or a conformity authentication (CH). These procedures ensure that all product features have been tested by an independent testing organisation according to strict German and Swiss test and approval standards. Certified processes, collaborative efforts with OEMs and a guarantee for 36 months provide our customers with a maximum of quality and reliability. HEICO SPORTIV is recommended by Volvo Car Germany, Volvo Car Switzerland as well as Volvo Cars Overseas Corporation and an active member of VDAT (Association of Automobile Tuners). </P> <P>Today HEICO SPORTIV offers more than 300 individual products.
