Design art made in Germany: the new body kit for the Volvo XC90 from model year 2026 onwards

With the new body kit for the Volvo XC90 from model year 2026 onwards, HEICO SPORTIV is once again setting new standards in design and customization. Developed for discerning customers who want more than just the standard model, the package combines the highest manufacturing quality "made in Germany” with an expressive appearance. The result: a consistently well thought-out design concept for Volvo's premium SUV – confident, elegant and unmistakable.

"It was a matter close to our hearts to develop an exclusive exterior package that underlines this claim and enables individuality at the highest level.”

Striking individualization for Volvo's luxury SUV
The newly developed body kit consists of a 9-piece front spoiler, a 3-piece rear skirt, and optionally available design air intakes in "Piano Black”. It gives the Volvo XC90 a distinctively confident appearance with a clear design signature. The PU-RIM components blend harmoniously into the existing vehicle architecture and provide a stylish finish that is both sporty and elegant.

The individual components – front spoiler, rear skirt, and air intakes – are modular in design and also available separately. The sophisticated segments of the painted surfaces opens up a wide range of customization options. This means that different customer requirements can be met. Thanks to CAD-supported design and precise manufacturing in Germany, a perfect fit at OEM level is guaranteed.

Compatibility across all model years
A special highlight is the backward-compatible rear skirt, which can be used for all model years from 2016 onwards – ideal for existing customers who want to upgrade their XC90. Available with the HEICO tailpipe package or optionally with a HEICO SPORTIV sports exhaust system with flap control.

In addition to the body kit, HEICO SPORTIV offers a comprehensive customization program for the new Volvo XC90. This includes e.motion® performance upgrades with up to 500 hp and Vmax increases, sport springs and wheel spacers, as well as exclusive VOLUTION® sport wheels – optionally up to an impressive 22 inches.

All components will be available from September 2025 and come with a certificate including type approval (TTG) or conformity certification for Switzerland.
